Job Description
Responsibilities include assisting TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” As well as provide excellent member service and perform a broad range of member services such as opening accounts, accepting and processing loan applications, renewing certificates, assisting members with account related questions and processing a variety of account maintenance tasks. Encourages positive communication with internal and external members in accordance with credit union service standards. Effectively promotes products and services.
 
Education           
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Knowledge
  • Knowledge of related computer applications
  • Basic understanding of math applications
Experience Preferred   
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution
  • Proficient knowledge of credit union products and services                        
Skills/Abilities                 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group settings
  • Adapts well to change
  • Confident decision maker
  • Able to operate basic business machines
