Position Title: Enrollment Services Office Assistant
Department: Financial Aid/Admission
Reports To: Director of Financial Aid/Director of Admissions
Expected Starting Salary: $15.42 per hour

The position provides clerical, administrative service, and functional support for admissions and financial aid; processes admissions applications; and processes federal, state, and institutional financial aid and scholarships in compliance with all federal, state, and institutional guidelines while maintaining consistency with the College's mission, values, and goals.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES and LICENSES
One to two years of experience
Customer service experience in a complex business setting
Computer Skills, including knowledge of Internet, email, calendaring software
High school diploma and some additional post-secondary certificate or training
Previous job experience working with high school and/or college age students
Experience and skills in databases
Prior experience working in an office setting
Ability to learn and use Banner
Higher Education work experience
Microsoft Office applications
