Castle Farms of Charlevoix is one of Michigan’s top tourist attractions and destination wedding venues. This beautiful French Renaissance castle built in 1918 features soaring stone towers and spectacular gardens based on European design. Museum quality collections showcased throughout the Castle include antique toys, castles, and royalty memorabilia from around the world. The Castle’s Outdoor Model Railroad, with more than 70 G-scale trains and 1/2 mile of track, is the largest in Michigan. Kids love feeding the fish in the Castle's Reflection Pond, playing a game of giant chess, hide-n-seek in the Hedge Maze, and visiting the Enchanted Forest. Don't forget Norm, the Castle's very own dragon! Open year round. Castle Farms is listed on the National and State Historic Registries.
From Traverse City, take US31 North 50 miles to Charlevoix. Turn right on M66. Castle Farms is 2.5 miles away, on the left.
