Call for Artists and Music/Performance Art
TRAVERSE CITY, MI—The sixth annual Grand Traverse Art Bomb will take place at Right Brain Brewery beginning January 7 to March 25. The art show will provide a venue for artists of all media in and from the Grand Traverse region to display and sell their work commission-free as well as network with other artists and businesses in the area.
There will be three receptions including the Opening Reception on January 14th,
Encore Reception/Art Bomb Art Prom on February 11th, and Closing Reception on March 25th 
Receptions will feature live music and performance art. The show will be open all day to the public free of charge, and restricted to ages 18+ in the later evening.  

Interested artists can pick-up and submit their applications at Right Brain Brewery, using the Facebook application button feature on the Grand Traverse Art Bomb page, or by requesting information via email at, before the December 31, 2016 deadline.  An application fee of $50 per artist will be used to cover the show’s expenses. Artists will have the opportunity to display and sell their work commission free for the duration of the event.  

Interested Musicians and Performance Artists

Grand Traverse Art Bomb is seeking musicians and performance art for each of the receptions. Inquiries can be submitted via email at All genres will be considered and special consideration will go toward artists with crowdfunding campaigns, student performers, musicians releasing a new album, newly formed musical groups, and new acts to the area.
