Nature Story Time
Friday July 28, 2017 - 10:00am (1.5 hours), $5 per child
Each week enjoy a short children's story and an activity or a hike on the beautiful trails at Grass River. For young children ages 4 and up, but all ages welcome. $5 per child. Kayak Grass River
Saturday July 29 - 9:00am, (2.5 hours) $30 w/ own equipment, $50 w/ rental
Paddle down beautiful Grass River with a naturalist for a 2.5 hour guided paddle.  Learn about access sites along the river, basic kayak techniques, and the natural history of the river. Call GRNA to register: 231-350-9461. Blooms & Birds: Wildflower Walks

Love wildflowers and birds? Grass River has some of the best in Northern Michigan. Join docent and expert Julie Hurd every Tuesday for a leisurely walk through the wetlands in search of what is in bloom that week. Along the way we will listen and watch for birds. A great way to enjoy the flora and fauna of Northwest Michigan. Grass River Natural Area entrance is located at 6500 Alden Highway, Bellaire, MI. www.grassriver.org

The Animals in Antrim Creek
